You will use the form below to submit trade in information for cards you want to trade-in.
Fill out the form below and we will send an email confirming your information and the cards you want to send in for trade.
You will be sent a prepaid label to mail your cards to our office. Once the cards have arrived, you will receive an email that they have been received.
We will verify the cards and email you the cards that are acceptable and unacceptable and mail the ones that are not back to you. Then we will send your payment through the payment method of your choice and an email notifying you the payment has been sent.
