Marriagetoxin follows Gero, a deadly assassin from a long line of poison users who has spent his life focused only on his work. His clan places pressure on him to produce an heir to continue the bloodline, forcing him into an unexpected crisis—he must get married. With zero experience in romance or relationships, he teams up with Mei Kinosaki, a skilled marriage swindler who specializes in matchmaking and conning clients into love situations. Together, they navigate dangerous assassin clans, eccentric marriage candidates, and chaotic situations where romance and death often collide.
