FAN EXPO Chicago is one of the largest pop culture conventions in the Midwest, held annually in Chicago at the iconic Donald E. Stephens Convention Center. While it covers a wide range of fandoms, anime fans will find plenty to enjoy alongside comics, sci-fi, gaming, and celebrity appearances.

For members attending, FAN EXPO Chicago offers a packed schedule of panels, celebrity Q&As, autograph sessions, and photo opportunities with actors, voice actors, and creators from across the entertainment industry. You’ll also find a massive exhibitor hall and artist alley, featuring everything from anime merchandise and collectibles to original artwork and exclusive items. Cosplay is a huge part of the experience, with fans showcasing incredible costumes and participating in contests throughout the weekend.
